Project Manager | Phoenix, AZ

We are looking for an entrepreneurial traffic engineering leader to fill a key role for our Phoenix, Arizona office. In this role, the individual will serve as the office leader and will have the flexibility and support needed to grow the office to the next level. The position will involve business development, client management, project management, higher-level technical oversight, and QA/QC. This is a great opportunity for a motivated traffic engineer to showcase their leadership and business acumen during a growth period that will help to shape the company’s traffic engineering practice in the Phoenix region for years to come. Local experience is not required. The firm has a strong history of successful projects and client wins in the Phoenix area.

Required Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• 8+ years of experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer for Arizona
• Prior experience working on traffic engineering projects. Background can be in any area of traffic engineering
• Teaching and mentoring ability

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• PTOE Certification preferred, but not required
• Masters Degree with transportation focus
