Lee Engineering, LLC (LEE) is a civil engineering firm dedicated to providing traffic engineering and transportation planning services to federal, state and local agencies, private clients and other design professionals.

Founded by Dr. Jim Lee in Phoenix, Arizona in 1988, we have built a reputation on our ability to integrate our traffic engineering and transportation planning expertise with technical know-how to produce powerful, customized decision making tools for our clients. Our Dallas, Texas office opened in 1995 and is led by Mr. Joseph Short, P.E., PTOE. Our Albuquerque, New Mexico office opened in 2006 and is led by Mr. Paul Barricklow, P.E., PTOE.
